" I am very happy with the work provided. My main complaint and what will prevent me from using your company in the future was the $160 charge to remove and reinstall the toilet so that a sewer machine could be hooked up. This ended up being more than the charge to run the sewer machine, for something that at most took a five dollar part and 15 or 20 minutes. I feel this charge is exorbitant given the amount of time and materials required to do it. Given the emergency situation and the trip charge I didn't feel I had another option, but I will not employ vendors that use such a rate structure for change orders. " M . We do try and look for clean-outs whenever possible but sometimes we must go through the line under the toilet to get the line cleaned out correctly and this is our pricing for this service. We are competitive with other providers but our main concern is always customer satisfaction.

" Our heater started making racket and Jesse came out to look at it and indicated a couple of parts that were going out, but also that the furnace was in bad shape with rust and potential cracks, which are dangerous. He had Mike out to my house within a couple of hours for quotes. We finished our order that evening and by the next evening, our new furnace was installed. They were booked up, but fit us in anyway. "I've used R-Mech for years now and I couldn't be happier with their service. Purchased a new hot water heater and a new A/C and I use R-Mech to service our heating and air units. Kyle serviced our heat unit today. There were some cracks in the walls of the room housing our heater. He spent 30 minutes sealing them up for me which was above and beyond what I paid for. The folks that come to my house are always professional. They cover their shoes before they enter the house. Explain everything they do. Once I had them out to unclog a drain. After working on it for an hour I was told their snake wasn't long enough to reach the clog. When I tried to pay the man for his labor he said he couldn't charge me since he didn't unclog the drain.
